RIP uncle Steve Davies one of the best uncles ever, such a gentleman full of wise words you really was the best. Didn’t see you much but every time I did you blew me away with your love kindness and loyalty and your funess. Absolute Davies born and bread. I loved your accent and loved you to the max! Achieved so much in your life - a lot I don’t know, but I know how you swam with sharks in South Africa. There’s another admiration - your bravery, you’re a hero just like my dad Glynn Davies said, you were his hero. You will be greatly missed by all of us, but rest easy now you little legend. Remembering a Dear Friend Steve Davies.
Always the Gentleman, with a huge heart and a funny story to tell. To say he will be Greatly missed, is an understatement.
May you and your beloved Maggie be reunited.
Both of you gone way too soon.
I know how your love for Dartmoor was rekindled, by your walks with Paul and I last year.
We will see you both there, on the walks to come.
Treasured memories, an honour to have called you a friend.
A proud Royal Marine, and the most delightful of human beings to the end.
